What happened to the Winter maps in the DLC?
DLC is going to be a shaping factor of Battlefield 3′s long-term success and the developers are very much aware of this fact. The game has been met with widespread praise by not only critics, but the gaming community as a whole. (Battlefield 3 was actually the best selling game during 2011 in the Netherlands.) The first major DLC installment for Battlefield 3 was Back to Karkand and players are already wondering what’s next. A Potential BF2143 hint was spotted by gamers on Wake Island recently, but DICE’s official position on the matter is “BF2143 is a rumor.”

Second Post Test
The FAMAS rifle that landed on the Battlefield with Back to Karkand‘s release last month quickly gained attention for being overpowered. Some reports have stated that the FAMAS or the fore grip will be nerfed, but Kertz never said that anything will be nerfed or adjusted. “[i]never said what I was gonna do [quite] frankly.” There have been no announcements indicating when the bug fixes for Battlefield 3 will come, but we do expect them soon enough.

First Post Test
Battlefield 3, just like any video game, has it’s share of glitches and bugs. One bug that many players are all to familiar with, deals with your player dying for no good reason. Falling off a small cliff, landing in water, etc. occasionally will end in a death. Players are left confused as to why “Bad Luck” killed them or why their soldier committed suicide. Asked about the bug by Twitter user “MarineCorps121,” Alan Kertz (core gameplay designer for Battlefield 3) states that a fix is “Totally on the list.”
